One day, he comes across a man (Amitabh Bachchan) arguing with the cashier. The man lands up at Kunwar Manohar Singh’s door claiming that his bag has been stolen by the cashier. At last, he manages to find the bag but the cashier is nowhere to be seen. The police comes to help out this man, but he refuses to bring the cashier up on charges. Instead, he demands cash compensation for the bag which is never found. Thereupon, the man hires Manohar Singh to ensure that he gets his money. Convinced by the threat of killing his family, Manohar Singh accepts the case. The story then takes an interesting twist when Manohar Singh decides to act against the man himself for getting his money after stealing it.
